We also have a high focus on after sales , so your experience doesn´t always end when you make you initial purchase. We are at the end of a phone if our customers have any issues regarding the operation of their appliances and are always happy to pop round if further assistance is required. In fact the advice and assistance we provide to our customers is one of the key factors that differentiates us from our competitors.
Occassionally a fault may occur with an appliance but as our staff are fluent in Spanish they are happy to help by putting a service call to the manufacturers and explaining the fault to the technician. If something needs to be taken to a service centre and we can help and always will.
Our shop has only recently celebrated it´s first anniversary and is based at Blue Lagoon , 5 minutes from Campoamor , Las Ramblas & Villa Martin Golf Courses.
All staff at The Electrical Shop have had previous employment in retailing electrical appliances.
